Ms. Tartaglia's law practice

as an expert witness on coverage issues.
She has defended or brought lawsuits on behalf of, among others,
children and adults with closed-head injuries, spinal cord injuries,
people with severe burns, and people involved in coverage disputes
with their insurance carriers. She has also defended wrongful death
lawsuits and serves as local counsel for a national firm involved
in high-profile food-borne illness cases.
In an Of Counsel role for the firm of Montgomery, Kolodny, Amatuzio & Dusbabek,
she consults on and co-defends many of the firm's catastrophic injury
cases.
